Our proprietary catalytic low-temperature carbonization system enables the efficient and environmentally friendly recycling of organic waste, including food waste. By carbonizing waste generated in food factories, hotels, and commercial facilities, we reduce waste volume and significantly lower collection and transportation costs, as well as carbon dioxide emissions.
Furthermore, the resulting carbonized material is utilized as biomass fuel, soil conditioner, and bioplastic raw material, creating a new resource cycle. We are shifting our thinking from “discarding” to “making use of” and aiming to build a next-generation resource recycling infrastructure.
Technology Introduction
By breaking the molecular structure of organic waste, we generate high-purity powdered carbon. The resulting carbon can be recycled as a carbon material. The hydrogen produced combines with oxygen in the air to form water vapor (H₂O).

Bioplastic synthesis technology
This technology produces bioplastics containing over 51% carbon and organic materials from recycled plastics, effectively upcycling waste. Plastics containing more than 51% organic materials can be incinerated as combustible waste, allowing them to be reused as tableware and cutlery, thus establishing a circular resource environment.

Building a platform
We are advancing the collection of organic materials, starting with Japanese spent coffee grounds, and building an upcycling system.
Platform
We will create a platform that connects companies producing industrial waste with general consumers, businesses, and government entities interested in purchasing products made from that waste (bioplastic materials, products, biomass power generation fuel, etc.). Companies on the waste discharge side will be required to buy back a certain amount of waste to promote circulation.
Regional Cooperation
We will collaborate with regions where waste-generating companies are located to minimize CO2 emissions from transportation and create a circular environment within the region.
Expanded processing range
The business that started with the upcycling of spent coffee grounds will gradually expand to encompass all organic materials, increasing the range and volume of waste processed. In the future, we aim to link with small biomass power generators to supply electricity to the discharging factories and sell any excess power generated.
