We have developed a technology to produce coffee biocomposite from spent coffee grounds.

AirX Coffee products retain the benefits of plastic, such as lightness and reusability, but contain up to 51% bio-based materials, making them both eco-friendly and user-friendly.

Our coffee biocomposite is made by combining spent coffee grounds with PP, PE, and PLA resins. Under certain conditions, the PLA-based biocomposite is converted into carbon dioxide, water and biomass.
51% coffee biocomposite can be disposed of as combustible waste.
*our patented technology allows approximately 25% of materials other than PLA to decompose naturally.
*PP decomposes 100% into water and carbon dioxide when incinerated, so it does not pollute the environment.

AirX COFFEE Mask
The AirX Coffee Mask is an environmentally friendly mask made from durable coffee fiber that is washable and reusable.
In addition, the coffee beans we use are organically grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
AirX has a double structure consisting of a cloth mask body and a filter. The filter stored in the inner pocket of the mask uses antibacterial technology made from coffee and nano silver (Ag+), and its effectiveness lasts for about a month.
*The deodorizing and antibacterial effects have been certified by QUATEST (a quality assurance testing organization in Vietnam) as meeting the standards of AATCC 100 – Antimicrobial Fabric Test.
